Monterey Restaurants are Going Green by Using More Earth Friendly Products and Adopting Measures that Conserve Natural Resources

Monterey restaurants are committed to reduce their impact on the local environment by using earth friendly products and purchasing ingredients from farms that incorporate sustainable farming techniques. 

Early in the in the green movement, Cafe Fina made a commitment to protect the environment by becoming the first "certified green" restaurant in Monterey.  Montrio Bistro shows its commitment by buying food products exclusively from vendors that incorporate sustainable farming and fishing techniques.  It further reduces its environmental footprint by offering its customers "bottle free" UV exposed and filtered water.
