Santa Cruz restaurants are committed to reduce their impact on the local environment by using earth friendly products and purchasing ingredients from farms that incorporate sustainable farming techniques. 

River Cafe demonstrates their commitment to protecting the earth by buying food products exclusively from vendors that incorporate sustainable farming and fishing techniques.  They further reduce their environmental footprint by only using green cleaning products and  adhering to a comprehensive recycling program.
