RESTAURANTS
Santa Cruz Restaurants Use Local Products that are
Responsibly and Humanely Produced.
Santa Cruz restaurants have always been innovative when it comes to their menus, but now they are moving beyond the fundamentals and are becoming more socially responsible by buying local products that support good health, great taste, and the local Santa Cruz economy.

Explore1.com's social responsibility category is organized three sections:
1) Organic, Natural & Conventional; 2) Nutritional; and 3) Environmental. The rationale to use three separate subcategories is for display purposes rather than based on topics or issues. There is a significant overlap between categories.
This page demonstrates how Santa Cruz restaurants are making purchasing decisions with regards to organic, natural and conventional farming techniques. All responses below are voluntarily provided by each restaurant. There was no independent validation of their responses.
